I. Service Area & Fulfilment
Where We Ship: We proudly offer delivery across India, excluding certain areas designated as unserviceable by our logistics partners. Dispatch Location: All orders are fulfilled and dispatched promptly from our primary facility in Faridabad.
II. Shipping Charges (Prepaid Orders Only)
Note: For security and efficiency, all transactions are processed as Prepaid orders.
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders totaling ₹499 and above.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹100 applies to all prepaid orders under ₹499.
III. Delivery Timeline & Tracking
Processing & Dispatch: We prioritize timely fulfilment; all accepted orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after successful processing.
Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order is estimated to arrive within 2–9 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking: You will receive an update via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is shipped.
IV. Cancellations & International Orders
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped (i.e., once the tracking link is active). If we need to cancel your order for reasons such as stock availability, we will notify you and issue a refund promptly to your original payment method.
