Refund policy

I. Design Satisfaction & Return Window

We maintain a commitment to your satisfaction with our design pieces. You have a 14-day window after the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return request.

Conditions for Resolution: We offer a full refund or replacement under the following necessary conditions:

  • The products received do not match your original order.
  • The products are confirmed to be structurally defective.
  • The products were damaged during transit upon reception.
  • The shipment tracking confirms the parcel was lost during transit.

II. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the exact, unused condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and safely secured in its original Beamiko packaging.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Protection)

For any claims regarding damage, defect, or wrong item received, we require a proper, continuous unboxing videowhere the shipping label is clearly visible before and during the parcel opening. Claims lacking this video evidence may not be eligible for resolution.

 

III. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.

 

IV. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at: sales@beamiko.com.

  • Authorization: Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.

V. Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you desire is to return the original item, and once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and professionally inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that bank processing times can vary.
